Green Lip mussels are imported from New Zealand, frozen at source. They are available as:
- ½ Shell and Meat Only
Our oysters are brought in live from the West Coast available in the following sizes:
- Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large
Scallops are imported from Peru. Roe on available in half shell or meat.
Clams are available whole frozen.
We source local black mussels subject to availability.
